The 21st is fast approaching which means many exciting things for Wanaka :) Not only will the doors open to some of our favourite bars but also, the team at Pembroke Wines and Spirits will be ready with- socially distanced- open arms to welcome you back to what is now our Boutique Bottle Shop & Tasting Room.
This is something that has been planned ever since the Davidsons bought PWSW in 2018 however, in Troys words, you either have money and no time, or time and no money... So, thanks to the lockdown, our team rolled up their sleeves and, in between delivering essential beverage orders, we completed stage one of our resourceful revamp. We couldn't be more delighted with the result and to celebrate, we launched a competition on our facebook page to win 2x $50 vouchers to spend in the comfort of our tasting room... The competition closes at 3pm today so if you would like to win- make sure to enter NOW!
The concept of our tasting room is simple, come on in to sample wines, a delight from our cocktail menu or a local craft beer and relax with your friends in the cosy, relaxed seating or, peruse our boutique bottle shop and select a bottle to your taste. We always have appetizing platters and tasting paddles available in a range of Central Otago White Wines, Pinot Noir or Whiskeys to introduce you to some new favourites...
Unlike a bar, unless you have made a special reservation, we only stay open for 'apero-time' and then encourage you to head off to dine in a delicious local restaurant, or continue drinks around town... Let's all make sure to share the love!

Monday - Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday & Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 12noon-7pm
We have limited seating areas that fit groups of 10- please contact our team on 03 443 7818 to reserve your space prior to arrival.
We are pretty sure that everyone is familiar with the rules of level 2 however, please be aware that we will still be collecting your details for the purpose of contact tracing using both old school methods and the new government app- NZ COVID TRACER- available to download in the app store now. We will be doing table service only and that we require everyone respects the 1m bubble distance.
