Experience a Wine and Spirits Tasting in Downtown Wanaka, open 7 days a week! There's no need to travel out of town or worry about transportation because at Pembroke Wines, we bring the wineries and distilleries to you. Indulge in a vast selection of local Central Otago and New Zealand wines and spirits for a memorable experience. Select from over 10 different tasting paddles from our menu or customize your own tasting selections from our shelves. Private group bookings are available upon request. Enhance your experience with additions from our Gourmet platters menu perfectly paired with our wines.
We are passionate about 'everything beverage' and enjoying them in a relaxed homely atmosphere.
The Pembroke Wines & Spirits team are impassioned by the products we offer. Our talented staff can give you a deeper understanding of the love and labour that went into each of the labels on the tasting paddles.
The Tasting Room was created over the Covid 19 lockdown to become an intimate home for both Wanaka locals and visitors.

Our Tastings take place in 2 different formats... Our flights of alcohol can be enjoyed at any time, at your leisure OR, for private group tastings we offer a completely exclusive option.
The wines showcase the cool wine growing climate and the terroir which what makes Central Otago wines so unique. This beers showcase the talented brewers within a 10km radius of Wanaka. We also offer 3 tasting paddles featuring spirits, with 2 showcasing the world and the Cardrona paddle featuring 4 of our favourites from our closest distillery.
