Wild Plum Gin Tasting with Annabel Langbein
May 4th 5.00pm - free to attend
Celebrity Chef Annabel Langbein and her family have been picking wild plums for many years to make her own special gin. It’s become a ritual – checking the fruit for perfect ripeness so it can release its ruby juices, then carefully blending it with eighteen different aromatics and botanicals. Months and months later, the alchemy of nature delivers us this wonderful gin elixir.
Join us for a relaxed evening tasting Bella - a wild plum gin that's delicious on its own or in a spritz or cocktail. We’re so excited to give all our customers a chance to meet Annabel and hear the Bella story.
We’ll also be running a special raffle featuring a Bella-themed food and drink hamper. Buy a ticket for $10 to be in with a chance to win, and take yourself home a great treat or a gift for Mother’s Day!

It’s time to spoil Mum again – and at Pembroke, we’ve got plenty of ways to do it! Spend some quality time together over a drink, tasting paddle or a platter at Pembroke.
We’ve also been working on some bespoke food and drink hampers for Mother’s Day - something for every Mum and every budget! Browse in-store or order online. We can deliver free to Wānaka and Albert Town, and of course, we also ship nationwide.
World Gin Tasting
