Welcome winter with 'Clive Live at 5'

Join us for a fun night with 'Clive Live at 5' from 5.00 -9.00pm. With his unique style and soulful music, Clive Jermy is a local favourite. He'll be showcasing music from his latest albums, 'Blue for You' and 'Have Faith in Yourself'.
June 3rd is also National Bubbly Day - a celebration of the shared experiences, laughter, and cherished memories created with every sip of bubbles. Let's raise our glasses and drive into the magical world of sparkling wines.
Prophet’s Rock with Paul Pujol

This is a very special event for Pembroke as we welcome our long-awaited host, winemaker Paul Pujol. This exclusive event is only available to our Otago Wine Club subscribers and there is very limited seating, so be sure to book your spot quickly.
Paul has long been enchanted by the allure of French pinot noirs and aromatic whites. After an extensive six-year journey across the globe in pursuit of grape varieties, he found his calling at Prophet's Rock. Today, the influence of Paul's travels is unmistakably present in the wines he crafts in Central Otago. Paul's winemaking philosophy embodies tradition, emphasizing a deep respect for the vineyard and a patient approach.

New flavours in-store
Wines from Georgia are now available at Pembroke, featuring the oldest and only purple grape in the world - Saperavi. Saperavi is the leading red grape variety in Georgia, and is one of the few teinturier grape varieties, featuring both red flesh and red skin. Expect Saperavi wines to reveal aromas and flavors of dark berries, licorice, grilled meat, tobacco, chocolate, and spices. With a deep fruit character and lively acidity, this stands out as a gutsy choice.
We're also pleased to introduce Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines from South Africa - Syrah and Chenin Blancs of its finest.
New Japanese Whisky and Sake have arrived as well, so come and ask for a tasting. And don't forget to browse our port wine collection as a comforting choice during the colder winter months.

If you're looking for a satisfying lunch or dinner experience, indulge in our Loaded Side of Salmon – available for pre-order, perfect for dining in or taking away (min of two).
Feast your eyes on our Stewart Island Hot Smoked Salmon side, expertly paired with capers, shallots, chard artichokes, olives, and a refreshing herb salad. Accompanied by a side of horseradish - such a delicious combination of flavours.
