What a fantastic year 2023 has been for us at Pembroke! We hope it has been great for you too. It's also been our fifth year, and you're all invited to come and celebrate our birthday with us on the 8th December. Our Rosé and Bubbles Tasting on 6th December has completely sold out and we're looking forward to welcoming you to our last event of 2023. If you missed out, don't worry - we still have a few events this month for you to join.
A huge thank you to Jen and Callum from Valli Wine for the wonderful tasting event last Friday. We sold lots of bottles of the Levi Pinot Noir in aid of K9 Medical Detection. This special vintage is still available on the shelf if you'd like to support this great charity.

Canyon Brewing is Queenstown's newest craft brewery, serving delicious craft beer overlooking the Shotover. Summer special: blood moon spritz
We're welcoming Scapegrace, our new local distillery, with a special cocktail this summer - the blood moon spritz. Come in for a taste of summer in a glass, and stay tuned for a Free Friday gin tasting with Scapegrace this December on our social media channels (Facebook or/and Instagram).
Iced Tropez
We're pleased to welcome a new summer refreshment from France. Ice Tropez was the most popular cocktail in Europe this year, and it's now available in Wānaka! It's a lightly sparkling wine cocktail infused with exotic white peach flavour, available as either 0% or 6% alcohol.
Summer sangria
We know you're all loving having our famous homemade sangria back on the menu for the summer season! This refreshing tipple is perfect to enjoy in the sunshine outside at Pembroke, or as a takeaway anywhere you like.
Takeaway Christmas platters
Don't forget we're offering Christmas-inspired gourmet platters to enjoy at Pembroke or for takeaway this summer, including our Side of Salmon (available for pre-order online), and a range of delicious grazing boxes.
